Goals

Serve more than 5,000 youth by 2030.  

Launch programming in multiple metropolitan communities.  

Develop accessible virtual programming nationwide.  

Reduce barriers to participation through scholarships and financial assistance.  

Increase outreach to underserved communities.

Strategic Priority 2

Build the Next Generation of Leaders

Develop confident, compassionate, and community-minded young leaders through effective leadership development initiatives.

Goals

Expand the Youth RISE Leadership Institute.  

Establish annual leadership conferences.  

Launch Youth Advisory Councils.  

Offer civic engagement and advocacy training.  

Create leadership certification opportunities.

Strengthen Education & Career Pathways

Prepare youth for college, healthcare careers, skilled professions, and workforce success through comprehensive education resources.

Goals

Increase mentorship participation annually.  

Expand healthcare career pathway programs.  

Build internship and job shadowing opportunities.  

Connect students with scholarships and financial aid resources.  

Support college admissions and career readiness.

Grow Strategic Partnerships

Collaborate with organizations that share our commitment to youth empowerment and community impact.

Goals

Develop partnerships with:  

Hospitals

Community colleges  

School districts  

Community organizations

Healthcare systems

These partnerships will increase access to internships, mentorship, scholarships, volunteer opportunities, and career experiences.

Launch annual community service initiatives.  

Support youth-led service projects.  

Promote civic leadership.
